Global Management Competencies
Dear participant, Due to the internationalization of many companies working abroad becomes a more and more important issue for individuals. Already among students international mobility is taken for granted. International internships and studying abroad are nowadays natural parts of the curriculum. The question is whether these forms of international mobility contribute to the development of relevant global management competencies which can be of further help later in the career. Therefore, the Chair of Human Resource Management created a research project to investigate the connection between international student mobility and the accumulation of global management competencies promoting the individual career. The target group of this study are students and Ph.D.s in the field of (international) business administration or a related field of study. In case you are interested in an evaluation of your individual results in comparison to the rest of the participants, please leave your e-mail-address in the end of the survey. Thank you very much in advance for taking the time to complete this survey which will only take between 15 to 20 minutes. All responses are strictly confidential and your anonymity is fully guaranteed. If you have any questions or need further information please feel free to contact us at franziska.bergdolt@uni-bamberg.de. We welcome your feedback, comments, and suggestions.
